1.- REBAJA POR PAGO ANTICIPADO DE MULTAS. (25%)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para Multas de Tr\u00e1nsito, de acuerdo al beneficio establecido en Art\u00edculo 22 de la Ley N\u00ba 18.287, seg\u00fan el tipo de la infracci\u00f3n (grave, menos grave y leve), el valor se reduce en un 25% del rango m\u00ednimo, si el infractor lo paga dentro de los cinco primeros d\u00edas, contados desde el d\u00eda siguiente h\u00e1bil de la fecha de la infracci\u00f3n incluido el d\u00eda s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n

Las infracciones grav\u00edsimas no est\u00e1n afectas a ning\u00fan descuento anticipado y sin perjuicio del pago de la multa se aplica una suspensi\u00f3n a la licencia de conducir hasta por 45 d\u00edas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

TRAMITACION DE EXHORTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.- \u00bfQue es un exhorto?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es la tramitaci\u00f3n que se le da a las infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito cometidas por conductores de veh\u00edculos, en lugares o caminos fuera del radio urbano de residencia del infractor.<\/p>\n

\u00bfANTE QUIEN SE SOLICITA EL EXHORTO?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ante el Juzgado de Polic\u00eda Local de Molina, correspondiente al domicilio del infractor.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCOMO SE TRAMITA EL EXHORTO?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ante el Juzgado de Polic\u00eda Local de Molina. Deber\u00e1 acreditar domicilio en esta comuna ya sea con certificado de residencia o boletas de pago de consumo, y adjuntar boleta de citaci\u00f3n de carabineros original y c\u00e9dula de identidad. Una vez en el Tribunal se deber\u00e1 completar un formulario de solicitud. Cuando se trate de infracci\u00f3n de transito en los cuales se encuentre retenida la licencia de conducir en otro Tribunal, se le otorgar\u00e1 al solicitante un permiso provisorio por el plazo de 30 dias corridos, plazo dentro del cual deber\u00e1 recibirse la respuesta al exhorto solicitado.<\/p>\n

\u00bfHASTA CUANDO SE PUEDE SOLICITAR LA TRAMITACION DEL EXHORTO?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hasta tres d\u00edas anteriores a la fecha de citaci\u00f3n al Juzgado de la localidad. Plazo necesario para efectos de remitir los antecedentes al Tribunal exhortado y evitar la rebeld\u00eda.<\/p>\n

5.- \u00bfQu\u00e9 ES UN PARTE EMPADRONADO?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parte Empadronado, es aquella denuncia por infracci\u00f3n cursada a un veh\u00edculo en particular, que se encontrare ubicado en un espacio no permitido o cuyo conductor no identificado, en su conducci\u00f3n, infringiere las normas del tr\u00e1nsito podr\u00e1n ser cursadas por Inspectores Municipales y Carabineros de Chile.
\nEl responsable de la infracci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 en todo evento el propietario inscrito del referido veh\u00edculo, si no concurriere el conductor.<\/p>\n
